Welcome to Express Hockey!
Express Hockey is a program that has been established to provide hockey players of all levels with the necessary skills and training to help them reach their full potential. This program will help those who possess the ability, attitude and determination, reach their goals, which may include, Minor AAA, Major Junior, University hockey or beyond.
Express Hockey is the only local program that is offered year round. It offers developmental and advanced clinics, spring and summer programs, specialty clinics and private instruction. We are committed to providing quality hockey instruction in a fun, positive and supportive environment, utilizing progressive, age appropriate development programs.
Each player is encouraged to develop their hockey skills through the implementation of a comprehensive hockey instructional program. Players will receive training and instruction in the fundamentals and application of techniques in game situations from qualified instructors.

| Warrier National Showcase - Gold Medal Game Ends in Shootout!! |
This past weekend the East Coast Express partcipated in the Warrior National Showcase in Haverhill, MA. The Warrior National Showcase is a highly reputable tournament drawing elite-calibre teams from New York, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
The new roster included 9 players from the Express Hockey Club, 5 players from the Nova Scotia Selects and 1 player from the NB Stars.
Playing together for the first time - the team demonstrated skill, team-work and the desire to win.
The East Coast Express battled through overtimes and shootouts to earn their place in the gold medal game against the Middlesex Islanders. The Championship game was an exciting one with a 2-2 tie at the end of the 3rd period. Overtime ended scoreless resulting in a shootout and our boys taking home the silver medal! Well done team! We are extremely proud of your efforts and hard-work.

The South Shore Kings Tournament
The newly formed East Coast Express competed in their first tournament this past weekend in Foxboro Mass. Hosted by the South Shore Kings the tournament showcases some of the best talent from Atlantic Canada and the Eastern United States.
The East Coast Express 2001 team which is comprised of 12 players from the Express Hockey Club and 4 players from Nova Scotia ended the tournament with an outstanding record of 3 wins & 1 loss.
Their only loss came at the hands of the Atlantic Selects with an exciting barn burner that ended with a score of 7-6. The Selects team which is comprised of players from NB, NS and PEI scored with 2 minutes left in the game to earn their place in the final.
Our East Coast Express 2002 team also competed with great success at the tournament capturing the silver medal! The team's roster included 8 players from the Express Hockey Club as well as 5 players from the UNB V- Reds Program in Fredericton NB.
I am extremely proud of the sportsmanship, hard-work and determination shown by all of our players this past weekend. Well done!
